Registration is under way through Aug. 23 for the fall story hour sessions at St. Clairsville Public Library that begin on Aug. 24 and 25.
Eight weekly sessions will be held in the library's lower level meeting room on Tuesday mornings at 10:30 and Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.
