Michelle Obama has taken on the Let's Move initiative to increase awareness and funding for better nutrition and exercise programs for our children. I am a part of the NFL Flag football program, which is great for kids to learn and exercise at the same time. My children have been involved and love the opportunity to be with other children and receive positive reinforcement.
